Self Cancelling Contracts

All contracts we send out are automatically cancelled by our computer if not returned within the time specified theron. We allow seven days for this which we feel is ample time for our clients to peruse, sign and return the contract in the stamped addressed envelope that we provide.

Obviously you have a Legal Right to change your mind even after having made a verbal contract with us by way of the telephone.

However, if you make a telephone booking with us but fail to return the written contract within the time specified, you will not only have cancelled the Booking but you may incur a charge if we then fail to rebook the date originally reserved for your function.

If you decide to go ahead and book us it is important, to both parties, that you read both sides of the contract as soon as you receive it.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with it, are uncertain about any aspects of it, or you have just simply changed your mind and wish to cancel, then it is not a problem.

Just pick up the telephone, and ring (07799) 810381 straight away - This telephone is always switched on 24hrs night and day and in the event we are in an area of inadequate signal strength it will be diverted to one of our other telephones, at no cost to you, and will always be answered within 5 rings.

So, PLEASE - If you decide to Book us (and we hope you will) Please read both sides of the contract as soon as you receive it and, if you are not happy with it, are uncertain about any aspects of it, or you have just simply changed your mind and wish to cancel then just pick up the telephone, and ring us straight away on (07799) 810381

This then gives us a chance to rebook the date with someone else and, more importantly, it saves involving our legal Dept.

There are no exceptions to the above ruling. and so, if your not prepared to return the contract within the time specified thereon, we beg of you, with utmost respect
